1. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel before the initial audit call and before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund. Submit your request within 48 hours of payment to hello@realsimpleseo.com with your order reference. Refunds process within 10 business days via Stripe.

2. Cancellation After Audit, Before Strategy

If the audit has been conducted but the strategy document has not been delivered, a 75% refund is available. The audit report is provided as a deliverable.

3. Cancellation After Strategy Delivery

Once the strategy document has been delivered and approved, refunds are evaluated individually based on unstarted work.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Change of mind after the project is more than 50% complete
Rankings declining due to Google algorithm changes not caused by our actions
Requests submitted more than 30 days after the final deliverable
Add-on services already delivered

5. Dissatisfaction

If deliverables do not match the agreed scope, contact us within 14 days. We will revise at no charge where the issue falls within the agreed scope.
