These Terms of Service govern use of realsimpleseo.com and all SEO services provided by realsimpleseo. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
realsimpleseo is an SEO agency based in Lexington, Kentucky, USA. We provide SEO audits, local SEO, ranking programs, blog SEO, penalty recovery, and national SEO campaigns. All services delivered digitally.
Each service is described on the relevant service page and confirmed in the order summary before payment. We reserve the right to decline projects outside our capability or involving prohibited content.
Fixed-scope services are paid in full at time of order via Stripe. Work begins within 2 business days of confirmed payment. All prices in USD.
Timelines are stated per package (30, 120, or 180 days). Custom scope timelines are agreed at project kick-off. Timelines are estimates and depend on factors including client access and Google algorithm changes outside our control.
You agree to provide timely access to required platforms (Google Search Console, Analytics, CMS), respond to communications within 5 business days, and provide accurate information about your site.
We do not guarantee specific ranking positions or traffic volumes. We guarantee documented work, transparent reporting, and professional execution per the agreed scope.
All strategy documents, reports, and content created for your project become your property upon full payment.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages including revenue loss.
These Terms are governed by Kentucky state law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Fayette County, Kentucky.
